A visit to Flordia isn't complete, without a visit here. This is my 3rd time at the centre, and I had a great time. Next time, it would be nice to arrange a visit to view a Space Shuttle Lauch. A new feature for this visit, was being able to see parts of the International Space station under construction. (I'm afraid we weren't allowed to take photos).
You really have to see the tracks that the above Shuttle Transporter takes to understand the size of things. This transporter reaches a max. speed of 2mph unloaded, and 1 mph loaded. Takes around 8 hours to move the shuttle to the launch pad.
